Larry assumed the role of President and CEO in April 2011. Previously, he wrote the original business plan for Secure Designs and oversaw the national launch of the company in 2002. He has held the following titles at the company: Vice President Marketing and Sales, Chief Operations Officer and Chief Operating Officer.

As President and CEO, Larry is responsible for the overall organizational leadership that includes the corporate vision, mission, culture, team building and long term objectives as well as the integration of all these elements into every business function. He directs all strategic and operational planning processes and is responsible for corporate revenue and profit goals as well as shareholder value at Secure Designs.

He oversees all company operations and as the Chief Marketing Officer plans and develops brand positioning, product, pricing, distribution and strategic partnership strategies and tactics.

Larry has ten years consumer packaged goods classical marketing experience and 10 years of management and marketing consulting experience across a broad spectrum of both technical and non technical clients.

He holds an undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, and an MBA from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

As one of the chief architects of all facets of the overall Secure Designs MSS solution and founder of the company, Ron provides visionary, strategic and tactical technical services to the company. Ron was instrumental in designing key proprietary software, systems and the Secure Designs Carrier Class Data Center that enables Secure Designs to maintain its position as the low cost provider of MSS in the country.

Ron served ten years in the United States Navy, with the Naval Security Group. He has extensive security and technical certifications. He has served on Advisory Councils for SonicWALL, Novell, and Compaq. Ron is also a frequent speaker on the topic of Internet security, including having been a guest lecturer at the school of Business at Wake Forest, the Bryan School at UNC-Greensboro, and North Carolina A&T.

Wayne brings over 30 years of experience as a Certified Public Accountant to the CFO where he is responsible for all corporate accounting and financial operations at Secure Designs. Wayne has previously held the CFO position a Brady Companies a multi-million dollar conglomerate and the Raleigh Durham Aviation. He was also one of the founders of The Aviation Group and his own accountancy.

He has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Kenan Flagler Business School, University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill where he has also completed the Advanced Management Program. He is also on the Board of Visitors and Board of Advisors, University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill and Averett University, Danville, Virginia.

Reeve is responsible for ensuring that our clients receive a premiere customer experience as well as managing the flow of information within the organization as it relates to driving and delivering that experience. Reeve began his career with Secure Designs as one of the key assets of the original corporate team by managing many aspects including network infrastructure, customer support models, provisioning and deployment programs, and internal technology decisions.

Prior to joining Secure Designs, Reeve worked for 5 years within the Corporate Sales division of CompUSA including Operations and Logistics, Account Management, and Customer Service. He attended Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton Florida an also holds major industry certifications in network management, design, and security.

Jackie has over 25 years of retail and technology general, human resource and financial management experience. For over 14 years she has been responsible for all office administration functions at Secure Designs and the previous parent company LAN Technologies. She also oversees all inventory management professionals. Jackie prepares all financial records and financial reporting to the CFO, President and Board of Directors. She directs and manages the Human Resources Department for the company and is Assistant Secretary/Treasurer and member of the SDI Board of Directors. As such she is… invaluable.
